Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the baggage claim exit doors holding a sign with your name on it. If for some reason you do not see them, do not leave the area, they will find you. We check air schedules for delays in arrival times and come to the airport accordingly. We will give you a 24-hour phone number to call in case you need to let us know about changes in your travel plans.
When booking an airport transfer plese be sure to fill in on the itineraries page your departure city and time, flight number, airline name and arrival time.

Churches including Vatican Museums: Dress code! No bare knees, no bare shoulders! This is variously enforced (like everything in Italy), the more important the site, the more vigorously enforced.
Unless explicitly stated (for example food/wine tours), meals and taxis are not included in the tour price.
Tickets are included when paid for as part of the tour (check the details icon for any tour description) and will always be listed in your invoice and receipt.
