At Italy Hotline, we value your tour business. We save your personal details for the sole purpose of storing your tour selections and contact information so that we can confirm your tour, and contact you at your hotel when you have arrived in Rome. The cookies stored on your computer are timed to expire after 30 days. We do this so that if you have saved a tour on our site, but not reserved, your selection will be saved for you when you return to the site.

After your tour and our follow-up customer satisfaction query email, we destroy your contact information.

We NEVER give any of your contact information to any third-party for any reason.

In the unlikely event of a breach of our privacy policy, or if you are concerned about what you think is a breach of our privacy policy please do not hesitate to email us. We will resolve the situation as best we can.
